How Our ADHD Clinic Works
Our mission is making ADHD assessment and diagnosis accessible for Melbourne adults and adolescents.
Telehealth appointments are typically available within 1 week, including for initial assessments.
Testing & Assessment
Your doctor will review your history and evaluate how ADHD symptoms may be affecting your daily life.
If you've already completed an ADHD assessment with another psychologist or psychiatrist, we'll conduct a brief confirmation assessment.
After your assessment, we'll discuss available treatment pathways.
Treatment Plan
Together with your ADHD doctor, you'll create a treatment plan tailored to your situation. This may include medication, ADHD counselling, coaching, lifestyle strategies or a combination of approaches.
Your doctor will explain what to expect, any potential side effects of recommended treatments, and how progress will be monitored.
Treatment often begins at your first appointment.
Progress Monitoring
Your doctor tracks your progress and adjusts treatment as required, ensuring your care remains safe and effective.
Most patients transition to three-monthly reviews once symptoms are well-managed.
Continuing Care
You'll work with a small clinical team committed to your ongoing wellbeing.
Most Melbourne patients continue with the same doctor over time. If your regular doctor is unavailable, another team member can see you with complete access to your treatment history.
This consistency matters when managing a lifelong condition like ADHD.

Expert Adult ADHD Support
ADHD rarely exists on its own. Many adults with the condition also experience other emotional and relationship challenges, along with difficulties at work or study.
Trauma and other neurodevelopmental conditions (such as autism spectrum disorder) also commonly occur alongside ADHD.
Our holistic approach to ADHD Care
Beyond ADHD assessment and treatment, our Melbourne clinic can support you with:
Anxiety and stress management
Work and study difficulties
Depression and low mood
Relationship challenges
Other neurodevelopmental considerations.
Our doctors and psychologists have varied clinical backgrounds, allowing us to address most concerns internally without external referrals or lengthy waitlists.
Yes, all of our doctors are authorised to prescribe medications, including the full range of medical treatments approved for the management of ADHD in Australia. Your doctor will explain what treatments may be suitable in your initial appointment.
Yes, you will need an assessment and diagnosis of ADHD before starting treatment. If you have a prior ADHD diagnosis (from a psychologist, psychiatrist or paediatrician), our doctor will review your history and conduct a shortened assessment. For a new assessment, our diagnostic and treatment package is $1,950 (payable in 4 interest-free payments, if required). See the ADHD Assessment page for further information.
That’s fine. Many of the patients at our ADHD clinic are stable on medications and just require a quick review appointment every 3 months for medication management.
Our clinic is based in Queensland, but we see patients across Australia via telehealth. If medication is prescribed, you’ll be able to access it wherever you live in Australia.
