Sal Lauder
REGISTERED PSYCHOLOGIST
Sal is a Registered Psychologist with over 25 years experience working with individuals and as an organisational consultant. She specialised in transformational change and has extensive experience in education, neuroscience, psychometric assessments, profiling and resilience research. Sal is also a regular guest writer and presenter on change, mental wellbeing, resilience and employability.

Sal works with adults who are seeking support with life transitions, relationships and interpersonal challenges, anxiety, mood disorders, building resilience, workplace stress, burnout and grief and loss.
Sal’s approach is grounded in a Positive Psychology Framework drawing on various modalities to provide the most effective support for each individual, including:
